Moreso, Ken Buck made sure he resigned in a position where the seat would be held open to November and Mike Gallagher did the same thing, presenting the GOP with 1 majority seat. Word was they planned on not certifying the results of the election and throwing it into the House to decide. It appears some of the GOPers are monkeywrenching the plan. Fuckery is afoot, thank goodness.
